Das Gehäuse & Der Stahl - Das markante Gehäuse aus robustem 316L Edelstahl misst 46 mm im Durchmesser und weist eine Höhe von 12 mm auf. Während der geschliffene Gehäusekörper in poliertem Edelstahl erstrahlt, sind die Lünette, die Krone samt Kronenschutz, die Chronographen-Drücker sowie die vier Grip-Tabs mit einer hochwertigen Gelbgold-Plattierung veredelt. Dieses zweifarbige Design setzt sich stilvoll im dreireihigen Gliederband fort, bei dem die polierten Mittelglieder in hellem Gold glänzen. Das Gehäuse ist bis 5 ATM wasserdicht geprüft und bietet verlässlichen Schutz im Alltag.
Das Zifferblatt & Das Saphirglas - Unter dem kratzfesten Saphirglas liegt das elegante, braune Zifferblatt. Die goldfarbenen, konzentrisch guillochierten Totalisatoren bilden ein optisches Highlight und reflektieren das Licht auf sanfte Weise. Gut lesbare, weiße arabische Ziffern und die vergoldeten, skelettierten Zeiger sorgen für eine klare Struktur. Ein dezenter Flansch mit Tachymeter-Skala und das weiße Datumsfenster bei 3 Uhr runden das Design ab.
Das Präzisions-Kaliber - Angetrieben wird die Uhr von dem robusten Miyota Cal. OS10 Quarzwerk. Seine traditionelle Bauweise aus Metall sorgt für eine hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit im täglichen Gebrauch. Das Kaliber arbeitet überaus präzise mit einer Genauigkeit von ±20 Sekunden im Monat und ist dank einer Batterielaufzeit von bis zu 5 Jahren (60 Monaten) extrem wartungsarm.
Die Chronographen-Funktionen - Über die polierten, vergoldeten Chronographen-Drücker lässt sich die Zeitmessung präzise stoppen. Die Goliard verfügt über eine zentrale Stoppsekunde, einen 30-Minuten-Zähler bei 12 Uhr und einen 12-Stunden-Zähler bei 9 Uhr. Die kleine Sekunde der Uhrzeit befindet sich separat auf der 6-Uhr-Position und vermittelt die funktionale Tiefe historischer Marine-Chronometer.

The Historical Inspiration In 1786, Louis XVI traveled to the rugged Normandy coast to personally inspect the most ambitious maritime project of the European Enlightenment: the breakwater La Digue de Cherbourg—which remains the world’s largest artificial harbor to this day. On June 23, 1786, the king oversaw the spectacular lowering of the ninth oak cone into the deep sea. It is precisely this determination and perseverance that are embedded in the Goliard’s distinctive DNA.
